Dr. Cudjoe Amani Bennett is an executive-level global health and systems leader with more than 20 years of experience designing, governing, and scaling equitable health and WASH systems across Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, and the United States.

He most recently served as Chief Program Officer with enterprise accountability for strategy execution, portfolio performance, risk posture, and government transition across multi-country portfolios exceeding USD 100M — including stewardship of USD 50M+ annual budgets and mobilization of USD 45M+ in new institutional funding. He has advised CEOs, Boards, and senior donor leadership on capital allocation, governance reform, and institutional evolution in complex, politically dynamic environments.

Dr. Bennett is recognized for translating evidence and real-world data into executive decision architecture, integrating implementation research, evaluation systems, workforce modeling, and financing strategy to ensure investments generate durable population impact. His work has advanced government co-financing, institutionalized technology-enabled service delivery platforms, and strengthened accountability systems across national and subnational contexts.
